A big island like Samos offers the opportunity for sea sports. Sailing, windsurfing, diving, jet ski or simple canoe, they can all be tried at the appropriate spots. Kokkari is a known destination for Greeks and foreigners, who like windsurfing. You can enjoy a jet ski in the beach of Pythagorio, under the famous hotel Doryssa Bay, ahere other services are offered. As for you, yachtsmen, the whole of the island is at your disposal, whereas you can get information and guidance from the yacht clubs of the island .  As regards scuba diving equipment, you will again find it in the beach of Pythagorio, while the island has beautiful beaches and sea bottom, for those who wish to move independently. However, it is advisable that you should be connoisseurs of the sport and particularly careful, since the sea currents in some points are rather dangerous. Lastly, you can enjoy a ride with a canoe, a kayak and a sea bike, which you can find in Votsalakia, is Limnionas, in Potokaki, in Kokkari and in Mikali.
