The Christian heritage and tradition of Samos constitute important chapters in the life of the island throughout the years. The Praxes of the Apostles mention that Samos was greatly blessed by the visit of Apostle Paul, whereas the local tradition mentions that Apostle John the Theologist also passed from Samos.
